Happy birthday Sofiar


  • Make sponge cake(Lady fingers).
  • Slice two California oranges.
  • Square orange juice jell to 1x1 cm.

  • Cut Lady fingers to fix the mode.
  • Cut around the base for the mousse bottom.
  • Brush with sweet wine water.
  • Filled in half yogurt Charlotte(yogurt cream milk Mousse).

  • Put some jelly.
  • Filled in another half yogurt Charlotter.
  • Burnt color for orange slices, put on the top.
  • Warm peach jam, filtration to make glaze.


  • Glaze on the orange slices top.
  • Fridge it for 30mins.
  • Removed the Mousse mode.
