Brownie Muffins

Follow by my Half and Half muffin rule below:

1/2 CUP Liquid + 1/2CUP Dry ingredients + 1/2tsp Baking Powder
 12 holes Mini muffin tray need.
For the 1/2CUP liquid:
  • 1 egg
  • Cream milk
  • Condensed milk
(if you want it sweeter, than put more condensed milk,  just keep the liquid 1/2CUP in total)

 For the 1/2CUP Dry ingredients:
  • Cake flour
  • Fine almond powder

And 1/2 tsp Baking powder.
Sift in flour. Stir lightly but do not over mix.
(let some dry flour left will be fine).

Chop some brownie, fold in to that cake mix about 3times.
Topping with Macadamia.

Bake for 15 mins or until rise and golden.
Make 7 mini muffins
