Passionfruit Madeleine in 15mins

Ingredients
  • 1            egg
  • 2 Tbsp   sugar
  • 5 Tbsp   self-raising flour
  • 1 Tbsp   passion fruit juice with seeds
  • 2 Tbsp   salad oil
200°C for 10mins.
Make 6 Medeleine. 


This recipe create a soft texture full of passion fruit favor.
With simple tools below:)
  •  1Tbsp / 1/4 cup / Mixer
  • And 5Tbsp  = 1/4 cup


1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. 
2. Add 1 egg and 2 tbsp sugar into container,  mix until it stick and creamy.

 3. Sift in 1/4 cup(5 Tbsp) self-raising flour, Stir lightly but do not over mix
    (let some dry flour left will be fine).
 4. add 1Tbsp passion fruit juice (can change to other liquid or water as you like)
 5. add 2Tbsp salad oil(can reduce to 1Tbsp if you desire) 

6. Divide mixture into madeleine shell tray.
(1 Tbsp for each tin, can use mini muffins trays instead, any small and thin tray could be use)
7. Bake cake about 10mins in the middle of the oven and remove the cake from the tray quick when it done.


I used Grapeseed oil as salad oil, gluten free self-raising this time.

 How to make a cake roll become a really nice birthday cake?
I though about this question since my friends can make a cake roll for family.
Here is a cake roll arrange wavily to be a special birthday cake:)

I got this idea when I pass by waterfront.
I love it and it maybe the first wavily cake roll birthday cake in the world!

15mins Salt Muffins

 I love to bake some salt muffins for lunch box or morning breakfast when I'm try with sweet.
Just use one bowl and Mix then bake in 3 steps. We can add carrot, cheese, ham, zukini, onion, egg,tomato...... almost everything in to the base mixture then bake:)

I would post the recipe later maybe this Easter Friday~
 

Asian Stlye Peanut Nougat

I have try some France Nougat before and it too sweet with sweet++ dry fruits, 
and too soft too hold.
That was a nightmare for me.

I really want to eat some peanut nougat that with fully crispy nuts favour, 
not just pain sweet like the one sold in market, which is Asian style Nougat.

I will make some nougat again to record the recipes post in the blog:)

Luscious Milk pudding

It's to busy these day, I must add recipes in this weekend.
This is one of my favor desert, 
sweet and luscious with caramel at the bottom.
Easily keep in fridge and service friends especially kids,
they love them so much, me too:)

Happy birthday Sofiar


  • Make sponge cake(Lady fingers).
  • Slice two California oranges.
  • Square orange juice jell to 1x1 cm.

  • Cut Lady fingers to fix the mode.
  • Cut around the base for the mousse bottom.
  • Brush with sweet wine water.
  • Filled in half yogurt Charlotte(yogurt cream milk Mousse).

  • Put some jelly.
  • Filled in another half yogurt Charlotter.
  • Burnt color for orange slices, put on the top.
  • Warm peach jam, filtration to make glaze.


  • Glaze on the orange slices top.
  • Fridge it for 30mins.
  • Removed the Mousse mode.

I love cake

Love love love.

Nori & Mild Cheese Muffin Pizza



Follow by my Half and Half muffin rule below:

1/2 CUP Liquid + 1/2CUP Dry ingredients + 1/2tsp Baking Powder

I thought cream milk including fat,
so these time I decide to use cream milk instead of milk & oil.

1. Preheat the oven to 170°C.

2. Make 1/2CUP liquid with:
  • 1 egg
  • some cream milk, mix it well.
3. Make 1/2CUP dry ingredients with:  
  • 1/4CUP  Rich cake mix(Fine Nut powder with flour).
  • 1/4CUP  Wholemeal flour 
  • Add 1/2 tsp Baking powder at last.
4. Sift in flour. Stir lightly but do not over mix
    (let some dry flour left will be fine).
5. Chop some cheese in to 1cm square size, cut some Nori*  line for topping.
    Bake for 15 mins until rise and golden. Service when it warn.





Nori is the Japanese name for various edible seaweed 
species of the red alga Porphyra including most notably
P. yezoensis and P. tenera, sometimes called laver.
It's popular to use as a cover on Sushi roll.

Passion Fruit Souffle cheese cake


I used my new brought Pyramid mousse tins
to make a passion fruit souffle cheese cake, 
It's look great.

6 passion fruit's juice have been used which is a little expansive,
but it's taste and worth it:)

Top with a little gold leaf cake card.
ready to go as a gift.

Orange weekend cake


Sophia is a really nice Lady.
I came to her house to teach her bake cake sometimes.
She want to bake some cake as a gift when she go to visit 
her old friend in the weekend.

It's nothing better than "weekend cake"
I decide to use my new kouglof silicone tins to get a pro-look:)

As a gift must have a nice package!

Brownie Muffins


Follow by my Half and Half muffin rule below:

1/2 CUP Liquid + 1/2CUP Dry ingredients + 1/2tsp Baking Powder
 
 ****
 12 holes Mini muffin tray need.
 
For the 1/2CUP liquid:
  • 1 egg
  • Cream milk
  • Condensed milk
(if you want it sweeter, than put more condensed milk,  just keep the liquid 1/2CUP in total)

 For the 1/2CUP Dry ingredients:
  • Cake flour
  • Fine almond powder

And 1/2 tsp Baking powder.
Sift in flour. Stir lightly but do not over mix.
(let some dry flour left will be fine).

Chop some brownie, fold in to that cake mix about 3times.
Topping with Macadamia.

Bake for 15 mins or until rise and golden.
Make 7 mini muffins
